F&L Flooring Epoxy and Concrete Restoration LLC has served residential and commercial clients since 2006. The work is the same either way: understand what the space has to survive, then build a floor that survives it.
We take the time to understand how you actually live or run your business and put together a floor that reflects it, not a catalog page. A high-traffic retail floor and a custom residential garage get the same crew, the same technical prep and a bit of creative nerve.
We use current industry methods: diamond grinding, chemical densifiers, metallic pigments and fast-cure polyaspartic top-coats. And we will tell you when a floor does not need the expensive option.
Three things we refuse to skip
Mechanical prep
Progressively finer diamond grinding tools open the concrete so the coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on it. Acid etching is not a substitute.
Honest repair first
Cracks get structurally welded, delaminated and honeycombed areas filled, steel bonded where the slab needs it.
Finish for the room
Densifiers, sealers and top-coats chosen for the traffic and the light. We would rather talk you down a grade than sell you gloss you will hate.
Clear numbers
A written estimate after an on-site measure and moisture test, valid for 30 days.
