A high-build epoxy system seals the slab, resists chemicals and abrasion, and gives you a bright, cleanable surface that is easier to inspect and maintain.

How we build a commercial system
Site review
We look at traffic type, wheel loads, chemicals, cleaning methods, temperatures and your production schedule. Those answers decide thickness, resin type and texture.
Mechanical prep
Diamond grinding or shot blasting removes contaminants and opens the slab. Cracks, spalls and failed joints are repaired so the coating does not crack along with them.
High-build coating
Primer, one or more build coats, optional broadcast for texture, and a chemical-resistant top-coat. Striping, zone colors and logos go in as part of the system.
Phased scheduling
We can work in sections, after hours or over weekends so operations keep moving.
Every commercial system starts with concrete grinding to remove old coatings and open the slab. Solid colors, safety striping and anti-slip options are shown on our epoxy floor color chart.
Commercial epoxy cost and lifespan
Commercial epoxy generally falls in the $4.50 to $9 per square foot range installed, depending on thickness, repairs and access. High-build commercial systems typically run five to fifteen years depending on wheel type and chemical exposure, and they can be recoated instead of replaced.
