Service bays and fleet garages are some of the hardest floors to keep coated. Hot tires, jack stands, creepers, brake fluid, antifreeze, degreasers and winter slush all hit the same slab every day. A commercial garage floor has to bond hard, resist those chemicals and still look clean enough for customers walking through.

What goes into the job
We grind the slab to remove oil-soaked surface paste and old coatings, then degrease and repair. Trench drains, lift anchors and expansion joints get detailed so the system seals around them. Coatings go down in phases so part of the shop can keep working, or we install after hours and over weekends.
Cost and scheduling
Commercial garage coatings typically run $4.50 to $9 per square foot installed, depending on system thickness, repairs and how many phases the schedule needs. We give you a written number and a phasing plan after a free walk-through.
